It would be useful if the Save to CRM function counted as an activity on the record you have saved it against. Currently if you save an email against a quote, it does not update the quotes last activity.
At the moment, product images and category images are cached on the browser however there is more that can be done to make images load faster. Implement CDN so that caching is also centralised and shared between users/site visitors
