Add an activity report to the Account Manager/Sales Manager Dashboard

A customer has suggested having an activity report on the AM/SM dashboard would be extremely useful for monitoring team member activity and for reporting purposes. A simplistic graph or chart to show outbound/inbound calls, emails etc

Ability to set a 'decommissioned' date automatically on an equipment item

When equipment items are imported from Unleashed, their commissioned date is set in the CRM. If these equipment items have an expiry being able to automatically set a decommissioned date would allow for useful reporting.

STCRM on shared mail boxes

Microsoft recently updated outlook so that shared mailboxes should be able to support add-ins such as Save to CRM. We should add this functionality.

Search box in Problems section needs to search the Summary field. Currently only searches ID and description field.

The summary field is used to add information about the Problem case, often including serial numbers etc. It is essential to be able to search this field without having to create a custom filter.

Goals - Track goals by team, industry, territory or pipeline

Goals in Prospect CRM allow you to set monthly sales goals per customer or account manager. It would be good if monthly sales goals can also be set by team, industry, pipeline or territory etc.
