Push through Salesman field from Prospect CRM to DEAR

"The salesman on the quote doesn’t push through to DEAR – in DEAR it just comes up with 'API Sales' which has to be changed manually". There is this field in CRM and this field in DEAR that could be integrated. (Similar to idea SPA-I-1440)

Failure message when integration connections do not work

When the ERP connection fails, there is currently no feedback until order confirmation has failed three times. It would be helpful if there is a message that appears that says that "it is confirming however attempt 1 failed will try again soon..."...

Prospect CRM pulling through batch numbers from Unleashed, once assigned in Unleashed

It would be useful for Prospect CRM to pull through batch numbers from Unleashed, once batch numbers have picked and assigned to an order, similar to the functionality offered with serial numbers being pulled from Unleashed.

Currently we do not set send invoices, send statements and form set when creating a Sales Ledger with Exchequer and so they will default in Exchequer. It would be good to have the ability to set these within the CRM/Website.

In 102 we made an update to sync the DEAR Tracking reference on a sales order record. We could also enhance this to also sync the DEAR tracking URL so they can see this data in the CRM.

Matrix Dashboard - A-Z work flow BUG FIX MAYBE

On the Matrix dashboard it would be much easier visually to see your categories in Alphabetical Order. When you 'Open' the Matrix they appear in columns alphabetically so why not on the 1st Dashboard? DOES THIS NEED A BUG FIX
