Library of URLs

It would be useful to have a library of URLs in Prospect CRM so that you can insert one into any email you are drafting. Our brochures are hosted in Google Drive and too large to attach so to be able to insert a URL would be really useful.

Ability to change a customised field to a different type of field

I had added a customised field to the problem section. I then wanted to change a text field to a memo field to allow more visibility and text but this was not possible which would effect reporting efficiency, deleting historic info etc
