Implement handling for DEAR decimal places

Currently our integration hardcodes currency decimal places to 4. This might not be the same as what they use in Cin7 Core, so we should add some handling so we can properly account for what they use in Cin7 Core.

Import stock levels by batch from Cin7 Core

Similar to Bins, Cin7 offers the ability to assign your stock to batches. We should support this so that the expected stock levels across all batches can be seen in the CRM.

Bom Products for Cin 7 Core (DEAR)

We do not import BOM products for Cin7 Core, see here. Adding this functionality would allow our customer to better see and manage their BOM products from their workspace.

Option to Auto Authorise invoice in Dear
