A customer would find it useful to have an option to add a Multi-selection drop down as a custom field. We're already doing this on the filters (see screenshot) but it would be great to have this as a field on a CRM record.

No download option for emails when saved via save to CRM add-in

I have noticed that when saving emails via the save to CRM add-in there is no download option within the CRM for that document record. This isn't great when you need to get the copy of the original email for evidence or to forward onto someone else.
