Add option to delete campaign activities/Campaigns within web UI

Sarah has noticed that you're unable to delete a campaign activity/campaign from the web UI but you can in the desktop app.

No notification when changing parent within Web

We've noticed that when changing a parent, apart from looking at the breadcrumbs, there is no visual message to tell you this action has been completed. A visual pop up would be good so we know when it has definitely been done.
