Visibility of number of filters applied on Report

It would be good to know how many filters you have applied on a Report - by this I mean within one filter option, it could have a count on the bottom right of how many boxes have been ticked. This would increase visibility for users. Adding this as internal idea but could be useful for customers too. In the attached example, I've ticked quite a lot of Company Types on, but without using the drop-down to count how many I've included I can't actually see if I've got all the correct ones/the number I'm expecting.
