Add auto guttometer set column to lead status admin table Merged

It would very very useful for the system to auto update the lead Guttometer based on what lead status has been selected/progressed to. A system option to turn this function on and off may also be beneficial. The ability to over type the Guttometer once it has been auto set by the CRM user would also be necessary as some of our customers may use the Guttometer to define their feeling of each individual lead, despite the status it is in, ie. a sales person selling Product A to Company A at status of "pushing for close" may want Guttometer to be set at 50 and selling Product A to Company B at a status of "pushing for close" may want the Guttometer to be set to 65. Bare in mind that our pipeline reporting in CRM does often take the Guttometer number into account when calculating the pipeline values based on quote value and Guttometer of a lead; thus the ability to turn this feature on and off and over type the auto set figure is vital.
