Ability to add comments to quote items for records

If we have to source a bespoke item for a customer we will set up a Description only item and it would be useful to record things like supplier price with price breaks and up to 5 suppliers and delivery dates.

Also to be able to upload this information to Exchequer will save us loads of time!
