Option to position checkout button on basket plugin in "Full" Mode

A frequently requested change is to either add another checkout button below the items in the table on the basket plugin or move the existing one there. It would be handy to have an option to decide where the buttons should appear. This would avoid using "hacky" JavaScript/saying no to clients
