quite a few customers have task centre to allow them to chase up open web baskets when they are left for a certain period of time. We should make this core functionality with the ability to set the document structure, set when they want the email sent and based on what criteria.
This sounds like a really good suggestion and one we should look at implementing.
Think this is generally called "abandoned cart" chasing, and this would be great to implement. We still want this!
