Another category list mode for Articles Plugin

Currently if we want to show a list of categories in the Article's Plugin, we have the "Category List" display mode. This will list all categories along with their articles and only the articles are clickable. 

It would be very useful if there was another option to only list the categories and NOT their articles. Clicking on the category link would then only show the articles under that category. Similar to how you can click the category from the article itself and it then only shows articles under that category.
