Update Quick Order Pad Text

The standard text to instruct someone on how to use the Quick Order Pad spreadsheet upload function is really techy and non user friendly. It is clearly written by developers, rather than been written in a user friendly way. It currently reads: 

Paste tab separated values into the text area below from a spreadsheet then click "Process" to load them into the form.

It should probably read something more like:

Simply copy and paste two columns from a spreadsheet in to the box below. One coiumn with the product codes you wish to order and one with the quantities. Then click "Process" to check and add to your basket.
