We get asked to show a sales funnel/forecast report very regularly when doing demos. People are after a way for a Sales Manager to see how many deals are at the various stages (lead statuses) and what is going to close this month etc. This coupled with perhaps some interactions stats (use of Speak and Docs stored) would offer up a really good picture of opportunities and who is working hard. I think this sort of dashboard could also encourage system use.
