Change wording of Save Basket in basket plugin

It appears we are now using a status description of "template" instead of "saved" for quotestatus 101. This is good.

However the CMS plugin still says "save your basket for later" which implies it will temporarily move it, to be reinstated later. This is not the case, "saving" a basket actually puts it into a template state where you can make a copy of it but never actually "reactivate" the original basket.
