Removing multiple recalls at once

Just had a conversation with a customer who would like to remove multiple recalls at once.

They use the system mainly for telesales so rack up a large amount of recalls. The only options for them are to move all recalls to another user and start fresh or for us to run a chargeable script. 

Would be extremely useful if they had some kind of option to select multiple recalls and remove them at once, obviously not practical for all customers and I think it would have to require admin rights.
