When you're in sites.prospect365.com, and go to the Publish section, it automatically by default ticks all items. I think they should not be ticked (even though you do still get prompted to add a comment before publishing), as there's a danger someone could publish all things in the list. I realise you can go back steps, but it would just avoid the issue.
Thank you for your feedback. The CMS editor will only select items that you have edited so that you don't accidently only publish some of your changes. We will consider adding a option to show this in a different way and not select anything by default.
