If I have an email from a new contact, I click "Add to CRM" but there is no option to create a new contact record and autofill the email
Thank you for your feedback, this sounds like a great idea. We are currently in the process of updating our "Save to CRM" functionality within Outlook so I have tasked one of our developers to find out what would be involved in this. Once that investigation has been completed we will be able to decide when to schedule it for inclusion in the product.
