Notification when creating a duplicate record Merged

After creating a duplicate record, the user would be notified that there is a record already created with the same name/ID.

    The way we would want to implement this is to show a bit of a "Search ahead" whereby the CRM suggests other contacts/divisions etc. as you are typing.
