The ability for the recall cancel button to ask you to confirm whether you wanted to delete the notes you have added (only if you actually add some notes) would be extremely useful. Numerous times I have written out a significant amount of notes only to accidentally click the wrong button on the recall window and have lost it all.
Some time ago we implemented Pau's suggestion of adding a gap between the Post and Cancel buttons to make it easier to be sure you're clicking the right button, and since then there have been no new votes on this idea (in the last two years).
Furthermore, we're also very close to launching our new and updated tasks system that doesnt have the same screen. You can find more about that development work here: https://docs.prospect365.com/en/articles/9258561-significant-roadmap-updates-coming-soon-in-prospect-crm
So on that basis I'm going to close this as "Will not implement" - but we do appreciate all the ideas none-the-less, and we have taken this particular bit of feedback into account when designing the UI for the new tasks system - so definitely not a wasted input!. Thanks.
As a smaller "quick fix" before implementing this, some space between the Post and Cancel buttons would reduce the frequency of this happening.
There's no gap whatsoever so moving your mouse 1 pixel too far cancels the entire note with no warning .
Yes please! I have often hit the cancel button mistakenly which is causing huge problems.
