Speaking to Lane Business systems they would like the web UI to incorporate a PDF function rather than having to use a word document that can then .become a PDF.
Having spoken to PLJ and SR they feel that this could be done via a PDF button on the document page ("Open as pdf").
This could be done however I am keen to further understand the requirement. Why are they PDFing the files if not to send them? Are they just not aware of the add attachments window?
