Currently you have two options, save it for yourself or share it with everyone. We should allow sharing based on user groups/specific user lists. This will be useful to help ensure people can only see what they are meant to see. e.g. Metalock Dubai office only get to see a report specifically filtered to manage their data other offices wont see it as it is useless to them.
