Introduce UX processes when working on the core product

Our browser based CRM has some great features that can help users to complete tasks. However, I think it can be a little confusing or time-consuming to complete those tasks. 

It would be great to our agile process by adding some of the design/UX cycle to think about UX before we build something instead of retrospectively.

I think this would help all users (trialists, test drives, existing customers) to find and our great features with ease.
