Product Suggestions
One of our customers on version 6 has highlighted they use description only product lines when making quotes for customers. They need the description only product line rather than making a product called description and using that instead because they use these products to ensure the order does not get pushed through until they have created the product.
An updated has been released to allow users to add custom quote lines with a description only. Configuration is required to specify a product to represent the line to calculate VAT etc. correctly; this is a system setting within the CRM.
This feature is supported by all our out-of-the-box integrations (Unleashed, Xero, Exchequer, Access Dimensions, Sage 50 and Pegasus Opera)
