This will be good to have as it'll allow the sales team to put in requested time for callbacks to leads. Currently you have to click into the lead to see this detail and if the contact has requested a call in the afternoon or morning on the relevant day, however you might have missed it by going through other to do's first
Maybe you could have a toggle on the CRM for display times under task or not to give customers the option! Also speaking to some of our clients who use the CRM whilst on road - it would allow them to order and plan their day within the CRM
