Ability to select from "File Cache" when searching for product images

Although the file cache is no longer a browsable drive in 365, I have had a request from a customer who used to use the images stored here rather than on a network drive when adding new products in v6. The reason for this was because they have 2 offices that had staff responsible for maintaining the website but were not able to access each others network drives, and as a large number of their items would use the same image as other items this was an easy way to set them up. (example attached).

In 365, they can only browse their local machine/network drives, which will mean it isn't possible to do the above anymore. 

Would it be possible to have an option that appears when you "Search Image" that says where from - your machine or file cache? This then either brings up the current the standard Windows search window or some sort of view of the file cache with it's pseudo file structure.
