You can assign each Problem a 'Priority' when entering the initial information (or modifying). If there was a Priority Column on the Problem Search page so you could list them in order of priority that would be extremely helpful. Also this column would need to be available when printing or exporting a report.
In the CRM web ui you can add this priority column to any list. In the very latest version there is a new search view, specifically searching problems (as opposed to the global search). In this view you can also change the columns being displayed.
