Automatic de-dupes on new record creation Merged

Many of our customer's databases are littered with duplicated records. I think there should be some simple duplicate checking on new record creation so that the user is prompted of potential duplicates before the new record is created.

    This is a good idea, and one that has been requested many times before. We will look to include this in a future version of the CRM.
