Lots of Office based products and other SaaS solutions offer users the opportunity to create a sharing link to access any record (e.g. documents). Creatring a quick hyperlink, like those in a recall or notify email, but just at the click of a button in the ribbon bar. Clicking this button would copy the link to the record you are on to your clipboard, so that you could send it via Skype, email or pop it in to a document for any other CRM user to access.

This feature exists in the Desktop CRM already under "File / Share". In the Web UI you can copy any URL from the URL bar but maybe a sharing option in the UI would also make this clearer to some users.
