Recurring recalls/appointment in the CRM

A customer has requested that the crm be able to have the functionality to support recurring appointments/recalls in the crm rather than needing to manually change the date each time.

 

An example of this would be needing to do a monthly checking in with a client or supplier.  At present we would need to have a recall that is manually changed once a month.

    This is essential to effective account management, where we have recurring business and to ensure follow-up calls don't get missed. Hope you can sort this ASAP, thanks!
