Order groups in the report builder by the summarised field of groups

A customer would like to order groups in the report builder by the summary field for groups. For example they may have a report that is grouped by division name, and summarised by their purchase total. This could then be ordered so that the divisions appear in ascending/descending order of their purchase total summary.
