Change quote parent from Contact to Opportunity

It would be useful for customers to be able to move the parent of their Quotes from under a Contact in the CRM to be under an Opportunity instead. 

Currently the change parent functionality only allows you to move Quotes between Contacts and Divisions.

This has been specifically requested by a customer, who are changing their internal process to have quotes under Opportunities, and would like to be able to move their existing quotes.
