The CRM has the ability to push orders into the Accounts system via the "confirm" button but once it is confirmed, this is where the link ends.
The CRM still has a "cancel" button on confirmed quotes, but this does not cancel the order in Accounts. It is unclear that the "Cancel" functionality is CRM-only and completely separate to accounts.
Could we either implement this functionality, or amend the Cancel button in CRM to ensure users are aware it will not cancel the order in accounts?
