Email Flag (or 'Subscribed' Flag: https://prospect365-ideas.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SPA-I-1078) should be, by default, ticked to Yes, but there should be a System Setting in the Settings Centre that enables Admin users to change this to No.
Opt In Flag should be, by default, ticked to 'No', but again have a System Setting for this to be changed by Admin users to Yes if they wish.
