Some customers are not concerned with the Total Sales of a customer, they are more interested in the Profit Margins they are making from a customer. Especially in a business where Costs are moving all the time.
The at a glance tab at division level is a great easy to see visual of how good this customer is performing, but for the customers were costs are moving, for them profit is a better indicator for them than turnover on how they are doing with a customer.
