Show calendar appointment in Recall list

If an appointment has been created from a record within the CRM, this should show up as a recall on the specified date/time with a link to the record it was created from.

Is it also possible to add a further plug in to the appointments in outlook to offer the option to add as recall to the CRM, a bit like the STCRM plug in?
