Being able to edit the extended description on the main detail page would be useful for when users are at trade shows, the reason being is that if the edit the line to do this the cost price is displayed (and the customer can see it)
We are looking to implement a system where a user can see multiple views of the CRM; this would allow for a customised version for when at a show so that the cost price was hidden etc.
