Currently CRM emails send through the Sendgrid service, which requires a custom sending domain setting up in the CRM and an addition to the customer's SPF record.
It also causes some display issues as emails sent out will sometimes show "sent via SendGrid". In some rarer cases they are also picked up as spam.
It would be good if we could have a way to configure the CRM to send directly from the customer's mail server.
