A lot of Unleashed customers have an integrated eCommerce website which are primarily B2C consumers. Our import when we connect to Unleashed imports them all as B2B records rather than individuals. Unleashed has a drop down called Sales Channel & this is configurable list- equivalent to company type in CRM. It would be good to have an interface where the customer can say that any customer accounts in Unleashed with this sales channel should be an individual.
