Per-user option to specify default choice of Post vs Recall when replying in Activity

At the moment, when you reply in the Activity details on a problem, for example, the default type is a post.

If you're rushing through a list of recalls, this means you may forget to change it to recall and the post is not recalled to anyone's attention.

For those people that use recalls more than posts, it would be ideal if they could set that as their preference in the settings.
