Unlapse customers based on sales history

Currently unlapsing customers is based on order processed from Prospect CRM into your Accounts/ERP system.

Often you might have multiple channels that link to your Accounts/ERP System and put sales into it. If a sale is processed via that channel then the customer would not be unlapsed and there would be disparity between Prospect CRM and your integrated system which could cause issues when trying to market to or contact lapsed customers to re-engage them.
