Import "inactive" customer flag from Access Dimensions

It is possible to mark a customer as "Inactive" in Access which we do not currently import. If you try and process an order for an inactive customer you get an error message. It would be better if we imported this information and did not try to process orders for inactive customer the same way we don't for on-stop accounts.
