Preventing recalls for out of office period Merged

There is no direct way of preventing recalls being set for a user during a period when they will be out of office. A workaround could be setting a recall limit for the period in which the user is away. But a more ideal approach could be to prevent recalls for set dates so that they aren't left hanging while a user is away, and so that they will have their recalls available to them on the day of their return instead of overdue.

When a user is out of the office for annual leave or in a meeting etc. they should be able to stop recalls being set for these dates.
