Add default email to division record so users can use email button

Currently if you raise a record against a division you cannot make use of the communication buttons to send an email.

In some instances you may not be dealing with a particular individual at a company or just want to raise a quote/sales order against the division.

It'd be useful to be able to send emails to the division from these records without changing the parent.

    As I mentioned to Tim, the Company or Division is the "client". Contacts within each come and go. We start a quote from the Division, not the Contact.

    The Communication box on the right is from a quote created/raised from the Division. It should have an email contact functionality like the example on the left, raised against a Contact.
