We currently have on our Mailchimp account over 1200 Cleaned contacts.
Now we have integrated Prospect and Mailchimp I would have thought the information already being held in Mailchimp would have also been transferred back across to update Prospect which would then reflect in the Communication Tab on the contacts as Cleaned. It currently remains showing Subscribed. Am I missing something or could this be implemented moving forward?
Also once the Campaigns have been sent and you look at the Mailchimp Tab at contact level, you can see the opens and bounce in the actions but you still need to look at the Communication Tab to see if contacts have unsubscribed against email campaigns. To have this showing would be very useful, again am I missing something here?
Surely this issue is due to be reviewed. Currently the cleaned contacts in Mailchimp have to be transferred across to CRM manually, this is not ideal. The 'unsubscribed' mail gets integrated across so why not 'cleaned'? This would be hugely beneficial come on guys!
