Having tracking information in Prospect CRM so you can know whether or not the email that you've sent has been engaged with, or bounced, is a massive advantage when dealing with prospects or customers and would be incredibly useful.
Depending on the way an email has been engaged you may vary your approach to follow up to try and maximise your sales chance or ensure good service. For example if you could see that the recipient had opened the email but not click on a link in the email then you might need to change your email content to make it more engaging.
The latest tracking information for an email should then be displayed in the activity against the email so that users can quickly and easily see if a customer has engaged with it. Users should then be able to click on the document to view the email along with the complete history.
