Currently there is an Standard Industry Code in Sage that is used to manage customers in Sage, and also the same field in the CRM that is set on a Division record. However these are not linked and therefore updates in one must be manually changed in the other.
It would be better to set up the imports to import SIC types directly from Sage and allow creation in the CRM (Similar to a ledger) so that data can be updated on either end and make the necessary changes on the other side.
As the SIC in Sage is on the ledger, and in the CRM it is on the division, making a change in Sage would update all divisions linked to that ledger in the CRM.
