A customer would find it useful for the recall window to display when you initially create the opportunity and it is in a status that requires a recall. Currently, when you first create an opportunity it just has the recall required banner along the top rather than the window prompt. The recall prompt then shows when you go to change the status, but sometimes users won't need to change the status when they initially log the opportunity leading to some users forgetting to set a recall.
