Gallery of Document Templates

Instead of making the signup database copy in document templates, we should, instead, not do that but offer "pick a template from the gallery".

This will probably be the same effort as creating a system to setup standard templates at sign up, but is way better as:

- its not dependent on delivering a new DB management system

- in the long term we can have a whole bunch of different documents (quick quote, long quote, project proposal, etc, etc, ) and meet the requirements much better than we could with 3 pre-set document templates.

- it would also benefit existing customers as their user of the system evolves.
